How it works
We collect the customer’s items
On our branded resale microsite, the brand or retailer’s customers schedule a collection or drop-off of the items they wish to resell. They only need to provide some information on the products and their condition before our dedicated courier partners collect them and bring the items to our warehouse.
We list the items across our global marketplace network
Our team will inspect each product’s quality and conditions, take professional photographs, and create the product description. Based on the information gathered, our proprietary algorithm assigns a resale price to each item. This information is sent to the customer for approval before being put on sale.
The customer is rewarded in cash or credit
When items are eligible for instant resale, the customer receives brand’s shopping credit before the item even sells. With the consignment option, once the item sells we give the customer a choice between a cash payment or shopping credit (which carry an additional amount in value, boosting customer loyalty and engagement).
