The customer sends us their items
We provide a prepaid shipping label for customers to send in items from their wardrobe of any brand to be repurposed.

We evaluate the items
In our warehouse, items will be inspected, sorted and routed to the most appropriate destination. Items in a good condition with sufficient demand in resale market will be resold, Items that are not in condition to be re-sold will be sent to our upcycling partners.
03.
The customer receives their shopping credit
Based on our evaluation, we will advise you on the pricing of the credit for the customer. The customer receives the credit without the need of their items selling and can then use the credit towards a new purchase.
